This isn't an AI shop. It's a helper business — leadership, analytics, operations, marketing, project management, customer experience. The job: bridge new tech to old systems, and lead your people through what changed.

I want to help. Paid or not. I'd rather lift up the people doing this right than argue with anyone doing it wrong. Looking for more like-minded individuals, military affiliated or not.

Four Beats

We're building useful stuff and sharing the ideas behind it. A spark that helps you ship is a win.
The hard part is bridging new tools and processes to the old stack you already paid for. That's where I live.
I ship the work and I help lead your people through what changed. Not one or the other.
One volunteer seat is reserved for an organization I'd genuinely show up for. Phone calls and short consults are always free.
